Log in to your admin dashboard. If you haven’t made an account register now.
Select Collect Payment in the Transactions tab.
Indicate the type of payment you would like to collect for this transaction. The type of payment selected is connected to a bank/escrow account. If you are unsure how your types of payments are set up, contact [email protected].
A Payer Link can be sent directly to the payer. The link will direct them to your organization’s payment portal to make a payment independently, without the need for a request to be generated. Simply Click to copy a Payer Link and send to the payer.
Send a Requester Link to the requester (often the agent) with the bank/escrow account automatically prefilled, enabling them to simply enter transaction details and request payment from the payer. Simply Click to copy a Requester Link and send to the requester.
