The Transactions tab is where you’ll send, collect, and manage funds. It provides a complete overview of all inbound and outbound payments, allowing you to track and manage your transactions seamlessly.
Organizations enabled for outbound payments can easily initiate transfers through the Send Payment feature in the transaction tab. Simply select the payment type, provide the necessary details, and authorize the transaction to complete the process.
If your organization is set up for inbound payments, you can collect funds seamlessly by sharing a payment link to your portal or sending an email request directly to the payer. To get started, click Collect Payment at the top of your transaction tab and choose the payment type you wish to request.
The method you use to collect payments may vary depending on the payment type. Here are the available options:
Payer Link: Send a Payer Link directly to the payer, allowing them to enter their details and submit payment independently, eliminating the need for anyone else to initiate the request.
Requester Link: Send a Requester Link to the requester with the escrow account automatically pre-filled. This allows them to enter transaction details and request payment from the payer.
Collect funds easily with an Email Request. Simply fill out the form with the transaction details, and the payer will receive a payment request via email, prompting them to complete their payment.
Request multiple payments simultaneously by uploading a CSV file. Once completed, payments will be sent to the connected bank account associated with the payment occasion you specified.
Easily narrow down transactions by applying multiple filters, allowing you to quickly find and organize the information you need.
Track payments with ease and flexibility by toggling between List View and Kanban View. Each view offers unique insights, helping you gain a clear and comprehensive understanding of real estate payments.
Easily filter and export transaction data based on context, date, or ID. Save time and simplify reporting with streamlined access to the insights you need.
A payment occasion is a dedicated link designed to ensure the proper allocation of funds to the correct account within an organization.

Escrow accounts are searchable accounts within the Earnnest network, allowing requestors to create and send earnest money requests that can be completed quickly. Set up an escrow account directly from your dashboard by selecting Add Escrow Account and filling out the required account information.
A funding source is a bank account that enables your organization to send and receive funds for an operating account. Unlike escrow accounts, funding sources are not searchable in the Earnnest network. To add a funding source, select Add Funding Source on your dashboard and provide the necessary account details.
