Agents have the power to request and track earnest money payments using the Earnnest platform. Signing up for an account is simple and can be done on our mobile app or on our website.

Mobile App

1. Download the App

Start by downloading the Earnnest mobile app from the App Store or Google Play. For more detail on supported devices view this guide.

2. Sign Up

Earnnest is completely free for agents. Type in your email to start your account creation. You’ll be sent a one-time code to your email. Enter the code as prompted. Finish your registration by entering your name, email, and phone number.

3. Start Requesting

Check whether your escrow holder is already in our network by starting an earnest money request. If you escrow holder isn't already in the Earnnest network, invite them to join. Once you’ve connected your escrow holder, you can send an earnest money request. If you need assistance, contact our support team that can assist you with your account creation or payment request.

Navigate to my.earnnest.com. Type in your email to start your account creation. You’ll be sent a one-time code to your email. Enter the code as prompted. Select Register as an agent. Finish your registration by entering your name, email, and phone number.

2. Start Requesting

Check whether your escrow holder is already in our network by starting an earnest money request. If you escrow holder isn't already in the Earnnest network, invite them to join. Register as an Escrow-Holding Organization

Earnnest provides escrow-holding companies with a compliant and secure way to send and receive funds digitally. Enroll your business quickly by following these steps:

1. Sign Up

Earnnest is completely free for organizations. Type in your email to start your account creation. You’ll be sent a one-time code to your email. Enter the code as prompted. Finish your account creation by entering your name, email, and phone number.

2. Enroll Your Organization

Select Enroll as a business. Enter your business information. Check the box that confirms that your business holds escrow. Earnnest employs a rigorous vetting process to verify each business before admission into our exclusive network of escrow-holding entities—ensuring security for all parties involved. Once your business is approved to enter the network, you will be notified via email.

3. Set Up Branding (Optional)

While your business undergoes verification, take the opportunity to configure the remaining aspects of your business account. We strongly recommend incorporating your brand assets, as these visuals will be featured on your payment portal—the interface through which payers submit payments. Including your brand assets significantly boosts the payer's confidence, ensuring they are sending funds to the correct destination.

4. Add a Bank Account

Connect your bank account(s)

5. Add Escrow Accounts

Add your escrow account(s) to complete onboarding. We’ll send you micro deposits to confirm your account. Once verified by Earnnest, your organization will be searchable within the Earnnest network and ready to start receiving payments.
