Tracking a Payment

Mobile App

• Log in to your account through the mobile app.
• Tap on a payment request to access it. If you haven’t created a payment request, you’ll need to do that first.
• Explore and view the comprehensive activity details of the transaction.

Web-App

• Log in to your account via the web-app.
• Navigate to your dashboard and select the desired payment. If you haven’t created a payment request, you’ll need to do that first.
• Explore and view the comprehensive activity details of the transaction under the Events tab.

Admin Dashboard

• Access your account by logging in.
• From your admin dashboard, select the specific payment.
• Transaction details will be instantly accessible, providing you with the necessary insights under the Events tab.
