Before diving into the convenience of digital earnest money transactions with Earnnest, it's crucial to ensure that your escrow holder is seamlessly integrated into our platform. Follow these simple steps to connect with your preferred escrow holder or invite them to join our vast network.

Search for Your Escrow Holder

Discover if your escrow holder is already a part of Earnnest's extensive network.

• Log in or create an account.
• Select the Escrow Holder tab.
• Enter the name of your escrow holder.

If your escrow holder is already part of Earnnest’s network, you can skip the invitation process and start requesting earnest money deposits digitally. If they are not in the Earnnest network, follow the steps below.

Invite Your Escrow Holder

If your preferred escrow holder is not yet part of our network, don't worry; you can easily invite them to join Earnnest.

• Complete our invite form.
• Alternatively, you can invite through the mobile or web-based app by simply clicking Invite located beneath the escrow holder search bar during your search.

Your escrow holder will receive an invitation to register with Earnnest. Once they complete the registration process, they'll be fully equipped to accept earnest money deposits digitally.
