About The Role

As the Team Operations Lead at Earnnest, you will serve as a critical operational and administrative partner to the President & COO and help keep the company running smoothly across people operations, company administration, events, and internal systems. This is a highly cross-functional role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys wearing many hats, and takes pride in bringing organization, structure, and energy to a growing team.

Responsibilities
  • Provide general administrative and operational support to senior leadership and across the company.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment setup and account provisioning.
  • Schedule interviews and support recruiting coordination with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Manage company hardware inventory, including purchasing laptops and coordinating equipment returns.
  • Keep Greenville office cleaned, stocked, and ready for business.
  • Plan and execute company events, team offsites, happy hours, and internal gatherings.
  • Support sales and marketing events by maintaining event calendars, coordinating logistics, and shipping exhibitor materials.
  • Assist with board meeting preparation, meeting minutes, and strategic follow-up processes.
  • Manage and organize important company documents, including NDAs, HR documents, vendor, investor and customer agreements.
  • Coordinate with vendors and external partners on operational and administrative needs.
  • Help improve internal processes, systems, and organizational workflows as the company scales.
  • Serve as a trusted operational resource and culture contributor across the organization.

About You
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, administration, executive support, people operations, or a similar role.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Experience coordinating events, schedules, and logistics.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to solve problems independently.
  • Familiarity with common workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and modern SaaS platforms.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever and whenever needed to help the team succeed.
