Customer Support Specialist

As the Customer Support Specialist, you will be working directly with our customers to help them complete the payment process, answer product questions, track user feedback, and more.

About The Role

As the Customer Support Specialist, you will be working directly with our customers to help them complete the payment process, answer product questions, track user feedback, report and escalate issues to our Tier 3 Dev Team, and act as the bridge between Earnnest customers and the Product and Engineering teams. Specialized functions include: 

  1. Provide thoughtful, personalized communication to as many as 50+ Earnnest users per-day. 
  2. Become an expert in regards to Earnnest’s Knowledge Base - covering products, integrations, and services.
  3. Master Earnnest’s Support Tool - and all related processes 
  4. Identify and escalate bugs and product feedback from users and clients using Salesforce and JIRA. 
  5. Investigate technical issues and see them through to a resolution/solution.
  6. Become strongly proficient in utilizing Earnnest’s CRM (Salesforce) to true-up and reconcile accounts after case work is complete.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as a passion for guiding clients through our products.
  • Willingness to keep a flexible schedule and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ambition and eagerness to learn and improve upon your own skill-set.
  • Ability to work well within both team and independent settings.
  • Special consideration will be given to those with experience and understanding of the residential real estate industry, as well as multilinguists.
