Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working directly with our customers to help them complete the payment process, answer product questions, track user feedback, report and escalate issues to technical support, and act as the bridge between our customers and our Product and Engineering teams.

About the Role

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be working directly with our customers to help them complete the payment process, answer product questions, track user feedback, report and escalate issues to technical support, and act as the bridge between our customers and our Product and Engineering teams.

•  Provide thoughtful, personalized communication to 40-70 Earnnest users per day

•  Effectively resolve customer inquiries in a considerate and timely manner

•  Become an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Earnnest’s products, integrations, and services.

•  Investigate technical issues and see them through to a resolution/solution

•  Make active contributions to help achieve team Objectives and Key Results

•  Identify and escalate bugs and product feedback from users and clients using Salesforce and JIRA

About You

•  Excellent communication and writing skills, as well as a passion for talking to and helping customers all day, every day

•  Willingness to keep a flexible schedule and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment.

•  Ambition and eagerness to learn and improve upon your own skills

•  Demonstrated history of being a team player and the desire to jump in and roll up your sleeves as needed.

•  Special consideration will be given to those with experience and understanding of the residential real estate industry, as well as multilinguists.
