Customer Success Specialist

Support Earnnest clients through onboarding, training, and adoption—building strong relationships and ensuring a smooth transition from activation to long-term success.

About the Role

As a Customer Success Specialist at Earnnest, you will establish strong customer relationships with incoming clients, ensuring a smooth post-onboarding and activation process that includes admin and agent training, delivery of new features, and providing marketing needs. Key outputs and responsibilities: 

  • Establish clear, consistent partner and training relationships with Earnnest’s clients, implementing key training and marketing action plans that drive activation (customized if needed). 
  • Demonstrate strong monthly activation outputs: 
    • Completing (at minimum) 250 outbound activities a month
    • Booking (at minimum) 20-30 training events a month 
  • Require an encyclopedic knowledge of Earnnest’s products and integrations, as well as clear command of internal processes, and systems (e.g., Salesforce), relying on key training pages such as:
    • Success Activation Page
    • New Feature Delivery
    • Earnnest Knowledge Base
  • Support regular Success marketing campaigns (and the outbound activities that follow them) that enable all Earnnest users across every account level to be informed of key product features and training opportunities. 
  • Demonstrate excellent true-up and analytical skills when it comes to account reconciliation
  • Develop a clear understanding of the functional distinctions and standardized communication channels between Support and Success Teams. 

About You

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills. 
  • Proficient with common tools such as CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite, etc.
  • Constant attention to detail and consistent ability to true-up account and database details (Salesforce to Support Tool comparisons)
  • “Can-Do” attitude, willingness to grow, ability to ask key questions, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment. 
  • Demonstrated history of being a team-focused, ego-free personality. 
  • Experience in and understanding of the residential real estate industry strongly preferred.
