Customer Success Specialist

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will develop relationships within Earnnest’s key accounts and be responsible for growing and maintaining adoption of Earnnest’s products within them.

About The Role

As a Customer Success Specialist, you will develop relationships within Earnnest’s key accounts and be responsible for growing and maintaining adoption of Earnnest’s products within them.

• Establish relationships and quickly build rapport with Earnnest’s customers

• Develop and implement action plan within key accounts to grow adoption

• Become an encyclopedia of knowledge about how Earnnest’s products, integrations, and services work.

• Work closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to activate newly onboarded accounts

• Work closely with the Support team to escalate and resolve customer issues

About You

• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

• “Can-Do” attitude, willingness to grow, and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment.

• Demonstrated history of being a team player and the desire to jump in and roll up your sleeves as needed.

• Proficient with common tools such as CRM (Salesforce), Google Suite, etc.

• Experience in and understanding of the residential real estate industry strongly preferred.
